Four months before 2011 ends, Mary J. Blige will release a new studio album, in fact it’s her tenth, which is entitled “My Life II, The Journey Continues.” Someone to Love Me is her debut single and it got a real swag of an award-winning singer-songwriter.
4) Love Faces – Trey Songz
Saying peace out in my hitlist is Trey after a three months dominance in January until March. This song does not sound bad at all and it’s even better than Can’t Be Friends. The music video is also good and I just still wonder why it has not reached #1 in US R&B Billboard.
3) Collard Greens & Cornbread – Fantasia Barrino
Fantasia is fantastic with her song Collard Greens & Cornbread. It’s for this reason that she’s sitting solidly and comfortably at the third spot of my hitlist.
2) (New Entry) Sure Thing – Miguel
The sure thing about Miguel Jontel Pimentel is his ability to mesmerize the listener to his smooth and soulful voice. His second single from his debut album got it all and it deserves all the good remarks it gets.
1) Down on Me – Jeremih ft. 50 Cent
Still at #1 is the duo by Jeremih and 50 Cent. The songs gets better and better as the summer heat here in the Philippines gets hotter and hotter!
