The triceps are the types of muscles located below your biceps. It has three main parts: lateral head (for pushing), long and medial head (for pressing). According to AskMen dot com, defining the triceps can be tricky. It contains a number of techniques that may not work well for some people. You know, the triceps are the largest group of muscles in your arm, therefore; it’s strongly recommended to perform three or four sets of 6 to 10 reps should your aim is to gaining size.
