I was not satisfied with my reading, that’s why, I scanned more pages in Vince DelMonte’s blog and yes, I found a Health Mass Plan that consists of 2,000 calories ideal bulking-up diet for 140-150 pounds. Allow me to copy & paste from Weight Gain Diet. The routine seems expensive but worth doing!

6:00 am (Breakfast)

  1. 5 Eggs, whole
  2. 1 cup Mushrooms
  3. 1/2 cup Onions
  4. 1 cup Jalapeno peppers
  5. 1/2 cup Salsa
  6. 3 cups Tomatoes
  7. 1 tsp Olive, Flax, Hemp or Salmon Oils

The Formula: 35g P – 45g C – 9g F Calories: 401

9:00 am (Snack)

  1. 2 cups Yogurt, plain, low fat
  2. 2 tbsp Almonds, slivered

The Formula: 28g P – 36g C – 6g F – Calories: 310

12:00 pm (Lunch)

  1. 4 oz Chicken breast, skinless
  2. 2 slice Whole grain bread
  3. 4 tsp Mayonnaise

The Formula: 28g P – 36g C – 12g F – Calories: 364

3:00 pm (Snack)

  1. 21 grams Protein powder
  2. 1 1/2 cups Yogurt, plain, low fat
  3. 1 cup Peaches, canned
  4. 1/3 cup Oatmeal

The Formula: 42g P – 63g C – 0g F – Calories: 384

6:00 pm (Dinner)

  1. 4 oz Fish
  2. 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  3. 1/2 cup Onions
  4. 1 cup Tomatoes

  6. 2/3 cup Rice
