Daily Exercises


Consistency is the key and this is what I am going to do to stay healthy.

Before Work (Morning)

1) Stationary Bicycling for 20 minutes.

2) Quad Stretching (16 seconds hold for five reps)

3) Rope Pull-up (6 seconds hold for eight reps)

4) Pulley Arm Stretching/Sunbathing

After Dinner (Before Sleeping)

1) Hammer Curl (3-2-1 tempo, 10 reps)

2) Concentration Curl (3-2-1 tempo, 10 reps)

3) Standing Tricep Curl (3-2-1 tempo, 10 reps)

4) Quad Stretching
